Biden, Obama want to sell U.S. to U.N. (S.2433)

U.S. Senators Joseph R Biden (D-DE) and Barack Obama (D-IL) want to sell out the United States to the United Nation.  Senator Biden is Obama’s lap dog and is pushing Senate Bill (S.2433) that will require the U.S. to pay 0.7% of its GNP (Gross National Product) to the UN for “poverty” programs. 

Please bear in mind that the U.S. already pays over a quarter of the UN budget.  That leaves 179 other countries to pay the remaining 75 percent.  The U.S. also is the largest single donor to poverty causes giving over $300 billion dollars. 

The problem with this bill is the “obligation”.  This means the U.S. will be obligated to pay roughtly $845 billion (over 13 years) on top of the already $300 billion given annually to poverty issues. 

Wouldn’t $845 billion be best served:

• Developing alternative fuel technology so we can achieve energy dependence?
• Educating our nation’s children?
• Maintaining our infrastructure (roads, schools, hospitals, etc).
